Initiation of the SypherDAO
The Sypher DAO was initiated by converting SYP tokens into xSYP, allowing stakeholders to increase their governance power. This process has evolved to include more complex functionalities, such as managing protocol assets and facilitating governance proposals and voting.
The Sypher team is dedicated to a smooth transition of governance from centralized control to the DAO and the community. This will be a gradual process aimed at ensuring efficiency and security. Initially, the team will maintain governance for a few months, leading up to the xSYP Bootstrapping event. At this point, the Sypher community is expected to be fully engaged and ready to tackle the challenges of the ecosystem.
